• Blood Sugar: Ever 15 days ( before breakfast and after breakfast)
• Urine sugar: Daily
• Blood Pressure: Whenever you consult your doctor
• HbA1c: Every 3 months
• Lipids: Every 3 to 6 months
• Body Weight: Every Month
• Foot Exam: Daily before going to bed
• ECG: Every 6 months
• Urine Proteins: Every 6 months (Micro Albumin)
• Urine Ketone: If blood sugar exceeds 300 mg/dl
• Liver Function: Once a year
• Blood and Urine routine: Every 6 months
